For 27 years Tom has enthusiastically been representing real estate buyers and sellers in San Francisco. His extensive experience runs the gamut from single family homes, condominiums, multi-units and investment / exchange properties. He attributes this longevity to a love and passion for the special clients and properties of San Francisco.

Through the years, his approach has been to provide for sellers the best possible return on their equity through an effective marketing approach. For buyers his strategy has been to find them wonderful homes and investment properties at an effective cost basis. Into these endeavors, Tom strives to bring his qualities of honesty, professionalism, patience, attention to detail and hard work. A careful listening to the needs of the client and a meticulous effort to address these are his approaches. His 27 years of real estate experience provides the basis for effective negotiating skills towards meeting his client's needs.

A native of Wisconsin, Tom attended school in Washington DC and has resided in California for 40 years. Initially he attended school, lived and worked in Long Beach, Northridge and Santa Barbara, before settling in San Francisco more than 30 years ago.
