Richard arrived in San Francisco as an art dealer, building a loyal international and local client base. Over time, both his clients and friends came to depend on his expertise and objectivity to guide them with their private collections. It was an easy transition for Richard from the visual arts to real estate. His passion for homes began at an early age, after architecture and drafting courses captured his imagination. In real estate, like art, he strives to bring a sense of balance to every transaction.

Richard moved to the Duboce Triangle on Halloween night of 1991 and has made the neighborhood his home ever since. Beginning his real estate career with a veteran San Francisco broker, Richard has represented buyers and sellers all over the San Francisco Bay Area, throughout all aspects of the sale or purchase. He is honored and proud to now be a part of Herth Real Estate and to work with a fine group of dedicated individuals.

Richard is an active participant with the Executives Association of San Francisco, a group of business owners that was founded in 1916. E.A.S.F. is acknowledged as the oldest continuous business alliance in the world. His clients, friends and national network of Realtors refer their clients and colleagues to him.
