Mila Gelman has resided in San Francisco since 1990, and has lived in various neighborhoods including the Mission district, Noe Valley, and presently, Golden Gate Heights.
With a Business Administration Degree from the University of Arizona, and a history of employment as a Real Estate Appraiser, Mila joined Herth Real Estate in 2004 as a Realtor.
Specializing in representing clients in transactions involving single family and multiunit residential real estate, Mila has successfully sold over $6 million dollars of real estate in just 3 months.
Mila considers a team approach to be the best method of doing business, and works to maintain relationships with allied professionals including building inspectors, mortgage consultants, architects, and contractors who specialize in all aspects of construction and remodeling. Furthermore, in striving to approach all aspects of every transaction with integrity and tact, Mila is constantly building positive relationships which can help pave the way to a smoother transaction.

Mila is committed to social causes and serves on the Board of Directors of Youth Yoga Dharma, a California nonprofit corporation which is dedicated to bringing yoga and meditation classes to youth in a variety of disadvantaged settings, including penal institutions, public schools, and institutions that serve the emotionally and physically challenged.
Currently, Mila is spearheading a fundraising effort to support a Youth Soccer League administrated by San Francisco’s Recreation and Parks Department. To this end she has pledged to contribute 10% of her commissions in 2005 to support this program which serves youth between the ages of 10 - 14 years. |
