Wayne Edfors has been a San Francisco resident since 1996. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies in 1999, and also began selling real estate as a licensed professional in 1999.  He has successfully represented sales for buyers and sellers of single family homes, condos & TIC’s, multi-unit buildings, 1031 exchanges, relocations, commercial spaces for sale and lease, and transfers of businesses.

Wayne appreciates working from the location of the Herth Real Estate office on Castro Street and enjoys residing in Twin Peaks with his life partner and real estate partner Derrik Anderson. Wayne has extensive experience buying and selling real property in San Francisco and is therefore able to relate to the intricacies of his clientele’s needs.
