Derrik Anderson is a native Northern Californian and has been a San Francisco resident since 1994. He is a licensed real estate broker and has been selling real estate professionally since 1999. Derrik’s background was in the pharmacy for 10 years prior to his career in real estate consultation and sales. He has successfully represented sales for buyers and sellers of single family homes, condos & TIC’s, multi-unit buildings, 1031 exchanges, relocations, commercial spaces for sale and lease, and transfers of businesses.

Derrik appreciates working from the location of the Herth Real Estate office on Castro Street and enjoys residing in Twin Peaks with his life partner and real estate partner Wayne Edfors. Derrik has extensive experience buying and selling real property in San Francisco and is therefore able to relate to the intricacies of his clientele’s needs.
