Jack Waters

Originally from Chicago, I have been with Herth Real Estate in sales as a Senior Marketing Consultant since 1990  and specialize in the marketing of homes, condominiums and residential/multi-unit income property. My background includes experience in investment banking, investment management and more than  25 years as a Realtor in San Francisco.  Furthermore, I am well informed about the intricacies of financing, probate, real estate law, local ordinances and regulations, title and escrow, and perhaps most importantly, the sound analysis and pricing of San Francisco real estate. The essence of my service is the nature of the relationship between my clients and myself. Service isn’t something I talk about; it’s something I demonstrate. I am active with the San Francisco Association of Realtors in various capacities, participate with many community organizations  and have a keen interest in the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright, Julia Morgan and Bernard Maybeck.
