Donna Sullivan, a well known, well respected agent in San Francisco real estate, has been with Herth Real Estate for over a year. Donna’s track record speaks for itself as she was among the top three producers at B.J. Droubi and Company from 1992-2006. Donna also was a top producer for the two years she was at Hill and Co. One of the secrets of her success lies in her views of the business. “Real estate is a service oriented business, not a sales oriented business,” she says, and Donna knows service.

From 1975 to 1987, this Boston native worked for the Victoria Station Restaurant chain. Starting as an hourly employee, (chopped plenty of lettuce), Donna worked her way up through the ranks, eventually becoming the general manager of the Marin, San Francisco and Burlingame restaurants. She oversaw 75 employees at each unit, along with a 4 person management team. She then became the training general manager for all West Coast Operations. Donna then worked in customer service at Pacific Gas and Electric. After that, she started her career in real estate.

Donna’s verve in business reflects her personal and athletic accomplishments. For 10 years she surfed competitively as a member of the Eastern Surfing Association of Woman Surfers. She was ranked fourth among women surfers on the East Coast. Since her move to the Golden State, Donna has ironically set aside her surf gear and bestows her competitive spirit onto her beloved home teams, (from both coasts), the Giants and 49ers, and the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots. She wants you to know that the Boston Red Sox have made her the patient and optimistic person that she is today.

Donna enjoys pinball, gardening at her Mt. Davidson home, politics, hiking, and biking the beautiful Bay area.
