It’s all about service!  Tom has been in the business since 2005, and prior to that his entire career has been in the service industry. Hotels, cruise ships, retail…before finding his true love, Real Estate. With a strong background as a concierge in two of San Francisco’s finest hotels you can be certain that Tom will provide you with excellent service coupled with a vast and varied knowledge of housing.

Having lived in San Francisco for many years Tom is very familiar our beautiful neighborhoods and their various attributes. San Francisco lends itself to a constantly interesting real estate market as no two houses are exactly alike and each area has its own charm.

Tom’s New York origins taught him the joys of urban living and he is constantly amazed by this town’s convenience and diversity. He keeps abreast of how different areas are progressing, such as the South of Market and Mission Bay neighborhoods, Downtown, North Beach, Russian Hill, Eureka Valley, Noe Valley; keeping a pulse on what’s changing and what has stayed constant, and what the latest values are in the various markets. He goes on Broker’s Tour every Tuesday and regularly visits the new condo buildings being erected in town.
