Jay was actually out of town when we closed (over the ocean somewhere), yet he still made sure to check in every day with both us and all parties involved and he continued to manage the transaction from another continent….AMAZING. The only frustration and disappointment has been not seeing Jay every week. We quickly became fond of Jay and now consider him a friend.

We will be seeking out Jay when we make our next move and have confidence and security that we will again be handled with care, thought and his stealth negotiating abilities.
