Louisa moved to San Francisco from the East Coast in 1967. Over the years she has lived in several of the diverse, unique neighborhoods in the City, raised her son and daughter in the San Francisco schools and considers herself an honorary native. She worked in corporate sales until the late 1990s when she became a licensed California real estate agent. Within two months of obtaining her license, she sold her first three homes and became a top producer in her office the first year in the business. Her experience includes a thorough knowledge of the housing markets in San Francisco and the Peninsula; and a particular sensitivity to first-time buyers. She has successfully listed and sold many single-family, multi-unit, condo and commercial properties and enjoys lasting relationships with her clients. A former ballet dancer, she is still very much a devotee of the arts, as well as a loyal baseball fan.
