In 2004, Herth Real Estate opened its doors to our second office in the Northern California Wine Country region. Known simply as “Herth Wine Country”, this office took virtually no time to establish itself as one of the leading brokerages in the area. Within one year, Herth Wine Country had gained a significant market share and earned a fine reputation. Located in downtown Guerneville, this office displays the same warm and friendly atmosphere found in our San Francisco location.
