Larry Stebbins started his real estate career as an avocation. While acting as an administrator in human services for various non-profit organizations serving the developmentally challenged, he bought, renovated and sold several homes. This hobby quickly developed into a passion for San Francisco real estate and the Victorian legacy of the City.
In 1983, Larry became a licensed realtor and joined Herth Real Estate. Two years later Larry received his real estate broker’s license, and became the top selling agent at Herth. Larry was promoted to sales manager in 1994 and became the managing broker in 1996. During his tenure as Managing Broker of Herth Real Estate the annual gross sales volume has exploded from $82,000,000 in 1995 to $285,000,000 in 2005!
In September of 2006, Larry became the third owner of Herth Real Estate. "I am proud to have been a part of Herth for the past 23 years and I am excited to be entrusted with the legacy of this extraordinary company."
Larry takes great pride in the group of 55+ realtors at Herth Real Estate. He is involved with all aspects of the company and communicates with all the Herth associates regarding the challenges of individual transactions and changing market conditions.
Larry, with his life partner Adrian Toscano, enjoy weekends at their Sonoma retreat pursuing their interests of horses and gardening.
