Sterling has lived in San Francisco since 1994 and is proud
to be a member of this unique community.
Upon receiving her degree in psychology from Mills College, one of the
few remaining women’s colleges, she worked in medical research where she
studied the connection between stress and disease. Next, she held a design position in the premium denim world
where she helped define a startup company.
Growing up in a family of homebuilders gave her a good
foundation in how people relate to space.
Sterling wishes to pursue her dream of developing solutions for both
buying and selling real estate.
She says, “I grew up surrounded by new construction. Every home in San Francisco is part of
a great diversity in architecture, and that’s what makes working in real estate
here so exciting for me”.
Sterling’s background givers her a strong position in the
real estate field with her knowledge of psychology, housing and design. She can design solutions to meet her
clients’ needs, and stands above the crowd with her commitment to direct
communication.
Sterling committed to the extensive education required when
becoming a real estate broker.
This knowledge provides her with the skills necessary to understand the
complexities inherent in any transaction.
Additionally, she has the backing of the entire Herth real
estate team. She draws upon proven
expertise and resources, whether she is helping first-time homebuyers looking
for a single-family home, Tenancy-In-Common or condo. Sterling also works with investors and sellers wanting to trade
up and utilizes her well developed business and marketing plan when assisting
sellers.
Her professional affiliations include the San Francisco
Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the California
Association or Realtors and the Mills College Alumni Association.
