Lynne Jassem is the reigning Queen of TICs and multiple unit buildings. Not only is she the Bay Area's number one advocate and salesperson for buying and selling TICs, she also follows her own advice: Lynne has bought, lived in, and condo converted two three-unit buildings herself in the last six years. With 16 years of experience, Lynne skillfully negotiates the buying and selling process with professionalism, a caring attitude, and a great sense of humor.
An award-winning realtor and a show-stopping tap dancer, Lynne knows all the right steps for buying or selling your home. • Received a BA in Philosophy from University of Miami and a Masters degree in Theatre Education from NYU.
• Studied video, editing, and production at the School for Film and Video Artists in NYC.
• Conceived and directed" Fashion", a theatrical production company that
provided choreography ad musical backgrounds for over 40 industrial shows.
• Wrote, performed, taught, directed, staged, and choreographed countless dance and theatrical pieces in the USA and Europe.
• Began her real estate career in 1991 and has successfully closed nearly 400 transactions!
